STEP 1 - FIRST CONTACT You’ve completed your Phone Interview, Viewed the property, & filled out your Application Form.
(Your application will not be considered complete until you have paid the Screening Fee!)
Owners will receive twice-weekly updates on listing analytics & showings.
STEP 2 - WAITLISTYou’ve joined the waitlist! Applicants will be Screened first-come-first-served.
When it’s your turn, you will pay the Screening Fee in order to proceed to Step 3.
Owners will be notified when a new Applicant begins Screening.
STEP 3 - SCREENING Screening Begins! This process can take up to 72 Hours (3 Days).
Applicants will be given a Preliminary Score based on their Rental History, Reported Income, Credit Score & Criminal History.
They will be given options to increase this score while we check references & verify income.
At the end of the 72 Hour Period, a Final Score will be issued.
Owners will be notified at the END of this process if an Applicant has been Accepted.
STEP 4 - FINALIZATIONIf the Applicant is Accepted, they will have 96 Hours (4 Days) to Review, Sign, & Execute their Lease.
If the Applicant is Denied, the next Applicant on the Waitlist will begin Screening.
Owners will be notified when a Lease is Signed & when the Security Deposit has been Paid.
